ROWL (Recycle Our Waste Lewistown) went live with our first community plastic recycling on October 20, 2012. ROWL began and operated for several years as a community outreach of St. James' Episcopal Church. ROWL is a success story as it has continued to operate since opening and was awarded the Serve Montana community service award in 2013. St. James is proud to maintain active participation in and support of this important community project!
